The Accellions website has two clear objectives: presenting the range of services for potential partners and increasing the company's base of eligible candidates.
With these objectives in mind, I created a website for Accellions that serves as a business tool.

01.Suggestive The triangle is the geometric shape associated with intelligence and knowledge.
03.Serious We chose a serif font to reinforce the idea of seriousness
02.One of many The three triangles of varying sizes suggest the talent hunting process, and the last triangle represents the right man.
The logo is simple, but has many possible graphic applications to strengthen brand associations.

Light gray The basic color of the sections, interrupted by white, discreet graphic elements. Used alternately with white.
Indigo With an increased amount of red for violet notes, used alternatively with the yellow tone and for chromatic differentiation of the various sections.
Black It provides enough contrast for text bodies, used alternatively with the indigo tone.
Medium gray Used for decorative elements.
Solar yellow Color associated with youth and good mood, in strong contrast with the indigo tone.

Chosen for its serious character, it is used in titles.
Montserat
Used for body text, it compliments the font chosen for titles with its elongated shape.

The moodboard is composed of suggestive frames, with a strong human component.
The basic idea behind the chosen photos is collaboration, teamwork.
The site
Branding first
The triangle cut from the decorative element of the logo is frequently used as a decorative element behind the photos.
The border of the photos is generated from the code, thus, when changing the photo, the style of the first panel will be preserved.
Simple
The companys UVP is presented without other distracting elements in the mobile version.
Easy to use
The companys solutions are presented in a swipe-sensitive carousel, making it easy and natural for users to scroll through the list of services
Informative
The latest articles published on the blog are also present on the first page, stimulating in-depth navigation
Contrasting
The service presentation pages use a background photo, in contrast to the rest of the sites pages.
Detalied
In the presentation of each service, the steps taken together with companies to solve specific problems are also included.
Although the filtering method is simple, it provides an overview of the jobs in the companys portfolio.
Many ways to apply
Visitors interested in being included in the candidate base have two options for registration: either they opt for the general registration, or they can apply for one of the jobs listed on the website.
Highlighted advantages
Each job includes a list of advantages, presented in a large, dedicated panel. And here, visitors can simply swipe to navigate among the advantages. Each advantage is illustrated for better memorization.
Automatized communicaton
The page of each job ends with a form for signing up for job alerts. Once a new job has been entered for the selected domain, the site will automatically send an email notification to those registered on the list.
