One of our favorite projects of 2019 is the custom online store with handmade products for weddings and baptisms.
Among the objectives pursued in the creation of the store were the creation of cross and up selling opportunities, the stimulation of navigation and the ease of the ordering process.

Starting from the naming stage, validated in a Focus Group with members of the target audience, until the outline of the main craftsmans handwriting, Thesarias identity is feminine and personal.

Pure white The basic tone of the site allows the eyes to relax;
Light pale green Used to balance the palette, in combination with pink, it brings to mind the vibration of a summer day, the season in which the target events take place.
Lavender Relaxing, discreet tone, used in all brand applications for its smooth, balanced character.
Intense violet Associated with richness and royalty, it complements the color palette and contrasts sharply with the white background.
Pale cotton pink With a feminine and playful air, it defines the feminity of the color palette.

Easy to read, without excessive features, used in bodeis of text.
Manrope Bold
Used for titles, due to the thickened character. It allows the pages to flow, without excessive details.

The site
Presents the main advantages
Normally, the first page of an online store will present us products over products, in an attempt to sell us something. Being a new company on the market, however, presenting the advantages, positioning the options for subscribing to the newsletter and contact, plays a very important role in gaining confidence.
Airy
The format, based on the white background, allows the identification of the main characteristics of the products without effort, and gives each product the necessary space for a correct presentation.
Integrated upselling
Options such as customization with Swarovski crystals, adding envelopes or cards are integrated into the product page, making them easily visible and selectable.
Directs the traffic
In the scenario where the search did not yield any results, visitors are urged to explore the best-selling products, or to submit a question to the company. Thus, even those who did not find what they wanted in the store can be converted into customers with a correct sales strategy.
Colections, explained
We have created for each collection a page that presents the story behind the customization, the products in the collection and offers the possibility to navigate to the individual product pages, or add them to the favorites list.
Human
Store visitors can get to know the team members on the stores descriptive page, are invited to explore Social Media accounts, and can ask a question to the person responsible for communication.
Thus, we emphasize the brands proximity to the target audience and its human dimension.
Just a few seconds to order
One of the main objectives of the project was to create an intuitive and effortless order process. Thus, the conversion is carried out in the easiest way possible.
Adding a product to the store, modifying or deleting the products is easy, in an intuitive and pleasant process. After entering the general details, the administrators can introduce options of cross-selling, up-selling and offers with limited validity.
Orders management
With search and filtering options, the control panel is very easy to use. Changing the status of an order take a second and automatically sends the updated status to the customers email address.
Also, the details of the order can be easily changed, and if operators also sell customers other products over the phone, they can add them to the order without effort!
Customer management
Here the administrators can see the entire history of the clients, can change details such as the name, address, telephone number and they also can manage orders.
