Forget about checking the availability and adding bookings by hand into the system! We are, however, in 2020.
How does it work? The tourist enters your website, selects the dates of the stay - and if there are rooms available he/she can place his/her reservation and can also pay online, as desired: advance or in full. All this information is automatically entered in the software and you will receive an email or SMS with the reservation.
Of course you can take reservations by phone as well - select the dates of the stay, enter the first digits of the tourist phone number, press a button and send the proforma directly in their inbox.
Do you still fill in invoices?
With our solution the proforma invoices are automatically issued and sent, and for invoices you only fill in the value and press a button to send it to the tourist by email.
In the system you can also see which reservations are partially or fully paid and which are not - differentiated by color, symbols, position or however you want.
It answers your questions
How long does it take you to find the occupancy degree, the number of reservations canceled, the payments received, or to fill in reports required by the authorities? It could only take as long as a single click.
It knows how to be discreet.
Automation is great, but what do we do with those tourists that we do not want to accomodate ever again? We put them on the black list, and when they try to make a reservation, the website will tell them that a problem has arisen.
Talks to your tourists
How would it be like every time you create a new offer, the tourists who visited you and want news from you to receive an email? They may not be able to go on vacation themselves, but they certainly have friends to whom they can recommend your location.
Manages the cleaning staff
Because it already knows which rooms are being released and which rooms are to be taken care of, the software can send the cleaning schedule to the cleaning staff by SMS whenever you want.
Moreover, the system can evolve into a full-fledged HR software - with time management, salaries, certificates, recruitment, leave requests and all that.
Changes needed? No problem.
Are you good at the bookings chapter for the current season and you would like to raise the rates a bit? You can do it even from your phone and the documents will be issued with the new rates immediately.
Your security is important
Besides the fact that a custom solution offers better protection against atacks - as opposed to known, standardized solutions, we take extra precautions for the security of our sites:
We use servers with frequent security updates and SSL Certificates
The communication with the database uses parameters that prevent SQL Injection
Files loading (like CVs) is limited to a few accepted formats
The entire domain is scanned every 4 or 6 hours and the Malware found is eliminated.
Our implementations lead to increases from 0% up to 100% in bookings, compared to the same period of the previous year.
The posibility for the site visitors to check availability at any hour, from any type of device, without being necessary to communicate with an operator is perceived - by them, as well, as an advantage.
Who says that the development has to follow a predefinide layout? One of the advantages of custom solutions is flexibility!
